摘要
目的分析2018-2023年宁夏回族自治区中卫市碘缺乏病监测结果,为有效落实科学补碘各项防控措施提供理论依据。方法2018-2023年在全市3个县(区)各乡镇共采集5731份盐样检测其盐碘含量,共采集3600名8~10岁儿童和2131名孕妇尿样检测尿碘含量。结果2018-2023年中卫市合格碘盐食用率为93.35%,碘盐覆盖率为98.64%,碘盐合格率为94.64%,盐碘中位数为24.92mg/kg;海原县合格碘盐食用率呈逐年上升趋势(χ^(2)=4.253,P<0.05);8~10岁儿童尿碘中位数为198.32μg/L,不同年份、不同地区差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);孕妇尿碘中位数为156.71μg/L,不同年份、不同地区差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中卫市食盐加碘的防控措施落实较好,重点关注人群为孕妇,需关注由缺碘导致的各种不良妊娠结局及婴幼儿生长发育,加强市场流通环节及餐饮业碘盐监测。
Objective To analyze the monitoring results of iodine deficiency disorders in Zhongwei City from 2018 to 2023,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the effective implementation of scientific prevention and control measures of iodine supplementation.Methods From 2018 to 2023,a total of 5731 salt samples were collected in three counties of the city for their salt iodine content,and a total of 3600 children aged 8-10 and 2131 pregnant women were collected for urine iodine concentration.Results From 2018 to 2023,the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt in Zhongwei City was 93.35%,the iodized salt coverage rate was 98.64%,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 94.64%,the median salt iodine was 24.92 mg/kg.The consumption rate of qualified iodized salt in Haiyuan County was increasing year by year(χ^(2)=4.253,P<0.05);The median urinary iodine in children aged 8 to 10 years was 198.32μg/L,there was no statistical difference in different years and regions(P>0.05);The median urinary iodine in pregnant women was 156.71μg/L,there was no significant difference in different years and regions(P>0.05).Conclusion The prevention and control measures of salt iodization in Zhongwei City have been well implemented.With the focus on pregnant women,attention should be paid to various adverse pregnancy outcomes and the growth and development of infants caused by iodine deficiency,and the monitoring of iodized salt in the market circulation link and the catering industry should be strengthened.
