摘要
介绍了多绳缠绕式提升机的原理、钢丝绳不同步问题以及不同步造成的后果;从钢丝绳直径差异、两缠绳区缠绕直径的差异、钢丝绳弹性模量差异以及错误缠绕导致的误差等几个方面,阐述了钢丝绳不同步的原因及其计算方法;提出了在容器上方安装补偿轮装置、采用浮动天轮以及钢丝绳张力自动平衡装置等提升钢丝绳不同步的解决方案,指出了各个方案的注意事项。
This paper introduced the principle of a multi-rope winding hoist,the problem of wire rope asynchrony and the consequences caused by asynchrony.Then,it elaborated on reasons and calculation methods for wire rope asynchrony from several aspects such as differences in wire rope diameters,winding diameter differences between two winding zones,elastic modulus differences of wire ropes,and errors caused by miswinding.It also proposed solutions to improve wire rope synchronization by installing the compensation sheave above the container,using the floating head sheave,and the automatic tension balancing device for wire ropes,and pointed out attention matters for schemes.
