叶面喷施植物生长调节剂对欧李嫩枝扦插生根与生理变化的影响

Effects of foliar spraying plant growth regulator on rooting and physiological changes of Cerasus humilis softwood cuttings

摘要 以‘农大6号’欧李新梢为材料,扦插前一周母株新梢叶面喷施植物生长调节剂,扦插后统计生根率及生长情况,并分析生根过程中营养物质和内源激素含量变化。结果表明,母株叶面喷施不同浓度的NAA(萘乙酸)、PP333(多效唑)、S3307(烯效唑)处理中,10 mg·L^(-1)NAA、100 mg·L^(-1)PP333和50 mg·L^(-1)S3307三个处理效果较好,可显著缩短新梢节间长度,提高生根率及根系质量。10 mg·L^(-1)的NAA处理插穗生根率最高,为对照的1.6倍。50 mg·L^(-1)的S3307处理插穗的新生根系最为发达,生根率为64.71%。母株叶面喷施NAA、PP333、S3307提高了插穗内淀粉、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量,促进了根原基诱导期IAA的积累,抑制了GA3和ABA的合成,有利于插穗的生根,可在欧李良种扦插繁育中推广应用。 Using the new shoots of'Nongda No.6'Cerasus humilis as material,a plant growth regulator was sprayed on the leaf surface of the new shoot of the mother plant one week before cutting.After cutting,the rooting rate and growth situation were counted,and the content changes of nutrients and endogenous hormones in the rooting process were analyzed.The results showed that the treatments of 10 mg·L^(-1)NAA,100 mg·L^(-1)PP333,and 50 mg·L^(-1)S3307 with different concentrations of spraying naphthoacetic acid(NAA),paclobutrazol(PP333),and uniconazole(S3307)on the leaves of mother plants had better effects,which could significantly shorten the length of internode of new shoots,improve rooting rate and root quality.The rooting rate of cuttings treated with 10 mg·L^(-1)NAA was the highest,which was 1.6 times that of control.S3307 treated with 50 mg·L^(-1)had the most developed new roots,and the rooting rate was 64.71%.Spraying NAA,PP333,and S3307 on the leaves of the mother plant increased the contents of starch,soluble sugar,and soluble protein in the cuttings,promoted the accumulation of IAA in the induction stage of root primordia induction period,inhibited the synthesis of GA3 and ABA,and was conducive to the rooting of the cuttings,which could be popularized and applied in the cutting breeding of excellent strains of Cerasus humilis.
