滑县城乡供水一体化建设与管理的思考

Reflections on the Integrated Construction and Management of Urban and Rural Water Supply in Huaxian County

城乡供水一体化是一项重大民生工程,充分体现了改善农村地区居民生活条件、实施乡村振兴战略、实现水资源的优化配置和可持续利用。但其在建设与管理过程中不免遭遇难题,城乡供水发展进程不同步、供水管理机制存在漏洞等问题无疑阻碍了城乡统筹供水的发展进程。文章旨在通过对滑县城乡供水一体化过程中出现的问题进行总结分析,以便对城乡供水一体化过程中出现的问题提供借鉴。

The integration of urban and rural water supply is a major people’s livelihood project,which fully embodies the improvement of the living conditions of the residents in rural areas,the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,and the realization of the optimal allocation and sustainable use of water resources.However,in the process of construction and management,it is inevitable to encounter problems.The asynchronous development process of urban and rural water supply and the loopholes in the water supply management mechanism undoubtedly hinder the development process of coordinated urban and rural water supply.The purpose of this paper is to summarize and analyze the problems in the process of urban-rural water supply integration in Huaxian County,so as to provide a reference for the problems which have occured in the process of urban-rural water supply integration.
