“天-空-地”监测技术在信阳市智慧河湖监管中的应用

Application of Sky-Air-Ground Monitoring Technology in the Supervision of Smart Rivers and Lakes in Xinyang City

利用卫星遥感技术、无人机技术、人工现场核查构建“天-空-地”一体化的监测体系,结合信息化技术,发现河湖管理中存在的问题,并实现对存在问题的全方位、全流程信息化监管是构建智慧河湖监管的主要内容。文章以信阳市在智慧河湖监管的中的探索与应用为实例,综合介绍智慧河湖监管在信阳市实践中取得的成效。

Using satellite remote sensing technology,UAV technology and manual on-site verification to build a Space-Air-Ground integrated monitoring system.Combining with information technology,it is the main contents of building smart River and lake supervision to find existing problems in river and lake management,and to realize all-round and whole process information supervision of the existing problems.The exploration and application of smart river and lake supervision in Xinyang City is taken as an example to comprehensively introduce the achievements of smart river and lake supervision of Xinyang.
