“一带一路”背景下中国对尼泊尔教育援助的历程、经验及启示

摘要 尼泊尔是我国对外教育援助时间最长的国家之一。我国对尼泊尔教育援助历经了政治主导、多样化发展、合作共赢三个阶段。“一带一路”背景下,我国对尼泊尔教育援助的基本经验是落实留学中国计划,注重本土师资培养,打造国际教育交流平台,深化人文交流。随着国际局势的不断变化和深化“一带一路”沿线国家合作的需要,我国的对外教育策略应持续优化:聚焦对外教育援助对象,提高援助效率;整合机构,深入宣传,强化监管,保障质量;尊重文化差异,强化国际理解教育。 Nepal is one of the countries with the longest duration of foreign education aid in China. China's education aidto Nepal has gone through three stages: political leadership, economic leadership, and win-win cooperation. Thebasic experience of China's education aid to Nepal under "the Belt and Road" initiative is to expand the scale offoreign students coming to China, focus on the training of local teachers, create educational cooperation platforms,and deepen our cultural and people-to-people exchanges. With the changing international situation and theneed to build "the Belt and Road", China should optimize its strategies in foreign education aid: focus on the targetof foreign education aid and improve the efficiency of aid;strengthen the publicity of foreign education aid, integrateinstitutions, and focus on quality;respect cultural and religious differences and strengthen education forinternational understanding.
