摘要
千米钻机因其定向性能好、瓦斯抽放体积分数大、抽放时间长、钻孔成孔率高等优点,在煤层瓦斯含量较高、煤层透气性系数较大和煤质较硬的赵庄矿有着非常广阔的应用前景。但如何使用定向钻机实现长距离钻孔施工,一直是钻孔施工的难题。以赵庄矿为背景对定向千米钻机成孔工艺进行研究,得出了定向长钻孔开口施工时需要采取保直钻进方法,尽量采用中等钻压和泵量控制进尺和流量。采用“造斜钻进+常规钻进+造斜钻进+常规钻进”的二次造斜钻进方法效果更好。该施工工艺的研究为后续矿井的定向钻孔施工提供了一定的参考。
The kilometer drilling machine has the advantages of good directional performance,large gas drainage volume fraction,long drainage time,and high drilling completion rate.It has a very broad application prospect in Zhaozhuang Mine,where the coal seam gas content is high,the coal seam permeability coefficient is large,and the coal quality is hard.But how to use the directional drilling machine to achieve long-distance drilling construction has always been a difficult problem in drilling construction.Based on the background of Zhaozhuang Mine,the drilling technology of directional kilometer drilling machine was studied,and it was found that during the construction of directional long borehole openings,a straight drilling method should be adopted,with moderate drilling pressure and pump volume used as much as possible to control the advance and flow volume.The secondary oblique drilling method of"oblique drilling+conventional drilling+oblique drilling+conventional drilling"has a better oblique effect.The research on this construction technology provides a certain reference for the directional drilling construction of subsequent mines.
