钢丝绳芯输送带接头强度控制理论研究

摘要 为保证钢丝绳芯输送带硫化接头强度,需做好断带事故预防和预警。基于“钢丝绳-橡胶”黏合理论,在建立钢丝绳芯输送带接头理想模型的基础上,采用理论计算和事故案例对比分析法,研究了接头形式、结构、工艺对接头强度的影响机理。研究表明,有效黏合长度比、钢丝绳-橡胶的黏合强度是保证接头强度的根本要素,钢丝绳芯大面积抽动是断带事故的重要表征。 In order to ensure the strength of the vulcanized joint of the steel wire rope core conveyor belt,it is necessary to prevent and warn of belt breakage accidents.Based on the"steel wire rope+rubber"bonding theory,an ideal model of the steel wire rope core conveyor belt joint was established,and the influence mechanism of joint form,structure,and process on joint strength was studied using theoretical calculations and comparative analysis of accident cases.The research shows that the effective bond length ratio and the bond strength of steel wire rope and rubber are the fundamental factors to ensure the joint strength,large area pumping of wire rope core is an important characteristic of belt breaking accident.
