煤矿火区远程快速隔离密闭灾害系统设计

摘要 煤矿井下火灾、瓦斯突出、瓦斯爆炸等热动力灾害严重威胁煤矿日常的安全生产和作业人员的生命安全。通过研究火灾及瓦斯爆炸等灾害发生机理,提出了建立密闭门的灾害控制措施,利用灾害环境监测技术和可视化监测技术,使用电控气动、气动控制和手动控制3种方式,实现了远程控制快速隔离灾害区域,配合煤矿自有的大流量惰气治灾应急处置技术对灾害密闭区域进行惰气治灾。通过试验,验证了密闭装备能够实现远程控制快速密闭隔离,且具有良好的冲击能力,有效解决了各类灾害的快速密闭难题。煤矿主动防控减体系的建立,保障了救灾人员的安全。 In view of the problems of fire,gas outburst,gas explosion and other thermal power disasters under the coal mine seriously threaten the daily safety production and the life safety of operators in coal mines.By studying the occurrence mechanism of fire,gas explosion and other disasters,a closed-door method was proposed for disaster control.Disaster environment monitoring technology and visual monitoring technology were used,and three modes of electric control and pneumatic control,pneumatic control and manual control were arranged to realize remote control and rapid isolation of disaster areas.With the coal mine's own large-flow inert gas disaster emergency treatment technology,inert gas disaster control was carried out in disaster confined areas.Through tests,it was verified that the sealing equipment can realize remote control and rapid sealing and isolation,and has a good shock resistance capacity,solving the problem of rapid containment of various disasters.The active prevention and control system of coal mines has been established to ensure the safety of disaster relief workers.
