摘要 在煤矿地下开采过程中,需要掘进大量的岩巷。由于岩石硬度高,掘进速度慢,煤矿面临着严重的采掘接替紧张的问题。虽然目前已经采用了岩巷快速掘进工艺,但是在应用过程中还存在着许多问题,需要进一步优化。首先,分析了煤矿岩巷掘进的特点;其次,分析了影响岩巷快速掘进的因素,主要有地质构造、临时支护施工、掘进工艺和施工管理水平;最后,探讨了对岩巷快速掘进工艺优化的措施。可以为实现煤矿岩巷的快速掘进提供一定的技术指导。 In the process of underground mining in coal mines,a large number of rock roadways need to be excavated.Because of the high hardness of rock and the slow speed of excavation,coal mine is faced with the serious problem of intense replacement of excavation and mining.Although the rapid driving technology has been adopted at present,there are still many problems in the application process,which need to be further optimized.Firstly,the characteristics of coal mine roadway driving were analyzed.Secondly,the factors affecting the rapid driving of rock roadways were analyzed,including geological structure,temporary support construction,excavation technology and construction management level.Finally,the measures to optimize the rapid driving technology of rock roadways were discussed.It can provide some technical guidance for realizing the rapid driving of coal mine rock roadways.
