芳烃联合装置低温热利用与优化

摘要 芳烃联合装置因工艺流程长、循环量大、设备大型化等特点造成装置能耗较高,特别是吸附分离单元中作为对二乙基苯循环分离的抽出液和抽余液塔,两塔塔顶温度在100~200℃之间,拥有大量低温热,通过空冷冷凝会造成装置热量损失。某公司芳烃通过历年改造,实现了芳烃联合装置内部、芳烃联合装置与乙烯装置、公用工程装置和周围化工园区之间的低温热联合深度利用,装置能耗大幅降低,同时为炼厂低温热应用提供重要参考。 The aromatics unit plant has high energy consumption due to its long process flow,large circulation capacity,and large-scale equipment.Especially in the adsorption separation unit,as the extraction and raffinate towers for the cyclic separation of PDEB,the top temperatures of the two towers are between 100~200℃.This part of the heat has a relatively large low-temperature heat,which causes heat loss of the device through air cooling and condensation.Through the transformation over the years,a company has realized the deep utilization of the the low-temperature heat,within the aromatics joint plant,between the aromatics joint plant and the ethylene plant,public engineering plants,and surrounding chemical parks.At the same time,it also provides reference significance for more low-temperature thermal applications in the future.
