新型内卡式套管夹持器设计及卡瓦夹持力计算研究

摘要 为了提高钻井效率,减少钻井事故,采用套管钻井方式,本文设计了一种新型内卡式套管夹持器,基于夹持器结构及工作原理,完成夹持器夹持能力计算,研究表明:在其他条件不变的情况下,为了增大套管夹持器的夹持力,可适当增大套管的屈服强度,增加卡瓦长度和套管壁厚,增大卡瓦锥角及卡瓦与套管壁的摩擦角。在夹持过程中,卡瓦应力分布主要出现在卡瓦牙前端部位,且最大应力出现在卡瓦牙第一颗齿上面,在整个夹持和夹持工况下,卡瓦移动距离较小,套管以及锥套的强度满足要求。 In order to improve drilling efficiency and reduce drilling accidents,a new type of casing gripper is designed in this paper.Based on the structure and working principle of the gripper,the clamping capacity of the gripper is calculated.The study shows that the yield strength of the casing can be appropriately increased to increase the clamping force of the casing gripper under other unchanged conditions,the length and wall thickness of the slip can be increased,and the wedge angle of the slip and the friction angle between the slip and the casing wall can be increased.During the clamping process,the stress distribution of the slip mainly occurs at the front end of the slip tooth,and the maximum stress occurs on the first tooth of the slip tooth.Under the entire clamping and clamping conditions,the slip movement distance is small,and the strength of the slip and cone slip meets the requirements.
