低温液体火箭发动机氢增压阀动态特性研究

摘要 低温液体火箭发动机阀门多采用气控菌阀结构,阀门启闭动态特性对发动机启动和关机性能存在重要影响。针对某型低温液体火箭发动机氢增压阀,采用AMESim软件对其工作过程进行仿真计算,获得阀门启闭动作时间及动作特性。此外,利用传感器模型对氢增压阀仿真模型进行了优化,并将仿真结果与试验数据进行对比,验证了仿真结果的准确性。最后,利用优化后的仿真模型研究了弹簧和波纹管刚度对氢增压阀动态特性的影响,结果表明:大、小波纹管与弹簧的刚度影响阀门的启闭特性。基于此,提出了对氢增压阀弹性元件刚度的改进优化方案,为今后氢增压阀弹性元件的优化设计奠定一定的基础。 The valve of cryogenic liquid rocket engine mostly adopts gas-controlled bacteria valve structure,and the dynamic characteristics of valve opening and closing have an important impact on engine start-up and shut-down performance.Aimed at the hydrogen booster valve of a cryogenic liquid rocket engine,the working process is simulated by using AMESim software to obtain the valve opening and closing characteristics.In addition,the sensor model is used to optimize the simulation model of the hydrogen booster valve,and the simulation results are compared with the experimental data to verify the accuracy of the simulation results.Finally,the effects of spring and bellows stiffness on the dynamic characteristics of hydrogen booster valves are studied by using the optimized simulation model.The results show that the stiffness of large and small bellows and spring can affect the opening and closing characteristics of valve.Based on this,an improved optimization scheme for the stiffness of the elastic element of the hydrogen booster valve is proposed,which can lay a foundation for the optimization design of the elastic element of the hydrogen booster valve in the future.
