摘要
为了提升阀门零件数控加工的效率和质量,实现加工的自动化和智能化,在分析阀门零件加工中需要大量使用立式车床后,基于FMS柔性制造系统的特点,对立式车床组线进行研究。在该柔性生产线的设计中,分别对数控立式车床、装卸站、物流自动输送线、立体仓储、托板定位装夹技术和智能控制管理系统这6个关键技术进行剖析,提出了一种立式车床柔性生产线,用于应对控制阀行业单件小批量的生产模式,减少操作人员的劳动强度,提升了机床加工的效率和设备利用率。
In order to improve the efficiency and quality of valve components machining and to achieve the automation and intelligence of machining.After analyzing extensive use of vertical lathes in valve components machining,the vertical lathe machining line is studied based on the FMS flexible manufacturing system.During the design of this flexible production line,a flexible production line for vertical lathes is proposed by analyzing six key technologies:CNC vertical lathes,loading and unloading stations,logistics automatic lines,tridimensional storage,pallet positioning and clamping technology,and intelligent control management systems.This machining line is used to solve the single piece&small batch production mode in the control valve industry,reducing the labor intensity of operators,and improving the efficiency of machine tool processing and equipment utilization.
