右美托咪定对老年全麻髋关节置换患者的临床应用价值

Application Value of DEX in Elderly Patients with Hip Replacement under General Anesthesia

为明确右美托咪定(DEX)在老年全麻髋关节置换患者中的应用价值,将老年全麻髋关节置换患者70例随机分为DS组和S组,DS组自控镇痛(PCA)配方为DEX复合舒芬太尼,S组配方为舒芬太尼。数据显示,DS组术后数字分级法(NRS)评分均低于S组、镇定剂程度评分(Ramsay)均高于S组(P<0.05)。DS组术后髋关节外展活动度、屈曲度、肌力评分均大于S组(P<0.05)。DS组术后匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于S组(P<0.05)。结果表明,DEX能够明显改善老年全麻髋关节置换患者术后镇痛效果和睡眠质量,具有一定的临床应用价值。

To determine the application value of dexmedetomidine(DEX)in elderly patients with hip replacement under general anesthesia,70 elderly patients with hip replacement under general anesthesia are randomly divided into DS group and S group.The PCA formula of DS group is DEX combined with sufentanil,and the formula of S group is sufentanil.The results show as follows:NRS score of DS group is lower than that of S group,and Ramsay score is higher than that of S group(P<0.05).The scores of hip abduction motion,flexion and muscle strength of DS group are higher than those of S group(P<0.05).The PSQI score of DS group is lower than that of S group(P<0.05).The results show that DEX can significantly improve the postoperative analgesia and sleep quality of elderly patients with hip replacement under general anesthesia,and has certain clinical application value.
