介绍了空气过滤材料的发展历史,讲述了不同纺丝驻极技术的原理和方法,驻极技术的驻极特点,重点探讨了静电纺丝纳米技术和双驻极技术制备空气过滤材料存在的问题和现状,分析了无机驻极体材料对静电纺丝纳米技术制备薄膜的性能影响和改善方法。
This paper introduces the development history of air filter materials,describes the principles and methods of different spinning electret technologies,and describes the electret characteristics of electret technology,focuses on the problems and current situation of electrostatic pinning nanotechnology and double electret technology in the preparation of air filter materials,and analyzes the influence of inorganic electret materials on the performance of electrostatic nanospinning technology to prepare thin films and the improvement methods.
