摘要
某水闸位于惠州市沙河,是1座宽6 m的单孔水闸。闸室为压型钢筋混凝土底板的墩墙结构,施工期间闸室充排水时,发现闸室出现了较大的不均匀沉降。根据水闸的设计、施工等具体情况,采用三维有限元方法对水闸的沉降进行了计算分析,研究了不均匀沉降的成因,并对闸后沉降进行了预测。由于洞室自重已基本完成沉降,不会有实质性沉降;在运行期堵水情况下,洞室在河外侧和河内侧的沉降增量分别为0.3mm和0.4mm;通过处理,闸室沉降不会影响水闸的正常运行。
A certain water gate is located in Shahe,Huizhou City,and is a single hole water gate with a width of 6 m.The gate chamber is a pier wall structure with a pressed reinforced concrete bottom plate.During the construction period,it was found that there was significant uneven settlement in the gate chamber during the filling and drainage.Based on the specific situation of the design and construction of the water gate,this paper uses the three-dimensional finite element method to calculate and analyze the settlement of the water gate,studies the causes of uneven settlement,and predicts the settlement behind the gate.Due to the fact that the self weight of the cave has basically completed settlement,there will be no substantial settlement.Under the condition of water blockage during operation,the settlement increment of the tunnel on the outer and inner sides of the river is 0.3 mm and 0.4 mm,respectively.Through treatment,the settlement of the gate chamber will not affect the normal operation of the water gate.
