摘要
东莞市经济快速发展的同时,西太隆河流域内水环境建设滞后。为改善流域内生态环境,亟需实施流域综合整治工程,工程主要分为水安全、水环境、水景观和智慧水务4个部分。水安全方面因地制宜建设复合型生态护岸;水环境方面对淤积河道进行清淤疏浚;水景观方面通过打造节点景观和万里碧道来构建生态廊道;智慧水务方面着力构建流域立体水务信息采集系统。通过对不同子项工程的治理措施及设计方案进行研究,工程实践表明,项目的实施可有效改善流域环境,促进宜居水岸打造。
While Dongguan's economy is developing rapidly,the water environment construction in Xitailong River Basin is lagging behind.In order to improve the ecological environment within the watershed,it is urgent to implement comprehensive watershed improvement projects.The project is mainly divided into four parts:water safety,water environment,water landscape,and smart water management.In terms of water safety,we will build composite ecological revetments according to local conditions.In terms of water environment,dredging and dredging of silted river channels should be carried out.In terms of water landscape,ecological corridors are constructed by creating node landscapes and Wanli Bi Dao.In terms of smart water management,efforts are being made to build a three-dimensional water management information collection system for river basins.Through the study of governance measures and design schemes for different sub projects,engineering practice has shown that the implementation of the project can effectively improve the watershed environment and promote the construction of livable waterfront.
