摘要
郑屋脚堤防工程是位于嘉应新区的紧急抢险工程,涉及郑屋脚至莆田段,位于白宫河与梅江交汇处,白宫河具体位置是梅江区西阳镇。该工程的建设范围包括梅江西阳电站下游右岸以及白宫河出口左岸,主要包括西阳堤(莆蔚段)和西阳堤(圩镇段)等工程。然而,在垮塌险情发生区域和其他部分的安全鉴定中发现了防洪墙的质量问题和裂缝现象,因此需要进行加固处理。通过分析垮塌险情区域、防洪墙高度、裂缝情况以及设计标准等关键要素,提出了加固方案比选分析。重点考虑了工程质量、安全鉴定结果和加固方案的可行性。通过对不同加固方案的比较评估,选取最合适的方案来确保防洪墙的稳定性和安全性。
Zhengwujiao Embankment Project is an emergency rescue project located in Jiaying New Area,involving the Zhengwujiao to Putian section,at the intersection of Baigong River and Meijiang River.The specific location of Baigong River is in Xiyang Town,Meijiang District.The construction scope of this project includes the downstream right bank of Meijiang Xiyang Power Station and the left bank of Baigong River outlet,mainly including projects such as Xiyang Embankment(Puwei section)and Xiyang Embankment(Weizhen section).However,quality issues and cracks were found in the safety assessment of the collapse risk area and other parts of the flood control wall,so reinforcement measures are needed.By analyzing key elements such as collapse risk areas,flood wall height,crack conditions,and design standards,a comparative analysis of reinforcement schemes was proposed.It focuses on the feasibility of engineering quality,safety appraisal results,and reinforcement plans.By comparing and evaluating different reinforcement schemes,the most suitable scheme was selected to ensure the stability and safety of the flood control wall.
