智慧水务下的泵闸群无人一体化运营管控模式研究

摘要 现阶段一体化泵站的应用越来越广泛,但仍普遍采用人工例行检查巡视的方式,运行管理效率低、成本高。基于工业互联网技术,开发了1套智慧云服务平台,以实现对布局分散、管理不便的一体化泵站的智慧运营管理,并在广州某净水公司管网系统中得到应用。利用该智慧运管技术,不仅可以保证1个完整泵站的安全和稳定运行,还可以形成综合管理、综合规划、节能增效的基础。 At present,the application of integrated pumping stations is becoming increasingly widespread,but manual routine inspections and patrols are still commonly used,resulting in low operational management efficiency and high costs.Based on industrial Internet technology,a set of smart cloud service platform was developed to realize the smart operation and management of integrated pump stations with decentralized layout and inconvenient management,and was applied in the pipe network system of a water purification company in Guangzhou.By utilizing this intelligent operation and management technology,not only can the safe and stable operation of a complete pumping station be ensured,but also a foundation for comprehensive management,planning,and energy conservation and efficiency enhancement can be formed.
