胶州湾小型底栖动物丰度、生物量及环境因子的研究

摘要 为了进一步对胶州湾小型底栖动物有全面地了解,本研究于2018年春季(5月)对胶州湾15个站位进行了小型底栖动物调查取样,研究了小型底栖动物的类群组成、丰度和生物量,同时对这三个参数同沉积环境因子的关系进行了探讨。主要结果如下:研究海域共分选出16个小型底栖动物类群,无论从丰度还是生物量,都以线虫为最优势类群;小型底栖动物的平均丰度为(89.689±43.007) ind.·cm^(-2),平均生物量为(104.652±42.706)μg·cm^(-2),其分布都呈现出胶州湾北部高、南部低的特点;小型底栖动物分布在沉积物表层(0~2 cm)、中层(2~5 cm)和底层(5~8 cm)的比例依次减小,丰度占总丰度的比例分别为47.73%、32.24%和20.03%;Pearson相关性结果显示,小型底栖动物的总丰度、线虫以及桡足类的丰度均同Chl a含量呈显著正相关。综合线虫同桡足类丰度之比以及其他相关研究资料,以指示研究海域沉积环境整体优良。 In order to have a comprehensive understanding of meiofauna in Jiaozhou Bay,the taxon composition,abundance,biomass of meiofauna and their relationship with environmental variables were analyzed based on the data collected in Jiaozhou Bay from 15 stations of meiofauna and environmental factors in May of 2018.A total of 16 meiofauna taxa were found.Free-living marine nematodes were the most dominant taxon in terms of abundance and biomass.The average values of abundance and biomass of meiofauna were(89.689±43.007)ind.·cm^(-2) and(104.652±42.706)μg·cm^(-2),respectively,with all showing a trend of high in the northern part and low in the southern part in Jiaozhou Bay.The proportion of meiofauna in surface layer(0~2 cm),middle layer(2~5 cm)and bottom layer(5~8 cm)of sediment were 47.73%,32.24%and 20.03%.The result of Pearson correlation showed that the meiofauna abundance,as well as nematodes and copepods abundance had significant positive correlation with Chl a content.Based on the abundance ratio of nematodes to copepods and other related research,the benthic environment in Jiaozhou Bay was undisturbed.
