摘要
硅光电池是一种基于光电效应将光能转化成电能的半导体器件,已得到广泛应用,但目前对其输出的微弱电流信号的检测方法却不够准确。文章提出一种基于现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)和多级精密运算放大的多通道硅光电池微弱电流信号检测方法,能够实现μA级微弱电流信号检测。通过实际项目运行测试,检测系统具有精度高、稳定性好等特点,可广泛应用于微弱电流信号和其他μA级电流精密检测场合。
Silicon photovoltaic cell is a semiconductor device that converts light energy into electric energy based on photoelectric effect,which has been widely used,but the detection method of its weak current signal is not accurate enough at present.In this paper,a multi-channel silicon photocell weak current signal detection method based on Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)and multi-stage precision operational amplification is proposed,which can detectμA weak current signal.Through the actual project operation test,the detection system has the characteristics of high precision and good stability,and can be widely used in the precise detection of weak current signals and otherμA-level currents.
