产融合作与中小企业数字化转型协同发展模式与路径研究

Research on the Collaborative Development Mode and Path of Industrial and Financial Cooperation and Digital Transformation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

党的二十大报告指出,要建设现代化产业体系,推进新型工业化。产融合作是现代化产业体系的重要特征,随着新一代信息技术的高速发展,产融合作逐渐走深向实。中小企业是推进新型工业化的生力军,中小企业数字化转型是新型工业化的必然要求,而产融合作是实现中小企业数字化转型的重要抓手,产融合作与中小企业数字化转型协同发展将对新型工业化建设产生巨大的叠加效应。本文结合产融合作和中小企业数字化转型协同发展的内在逻辑,从政府部门、链长企业、服务商三个维度梳理了现有的实践路径,并立足解决产融合作和中小企业数字化转型协同发展面临的问题,研究提出了相应启示建议。

The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out the need to build a modern industrial system and promote new industrialization.Industrial-financial cooperation is an important feature of the modern industrial system.With the rapid development of new generation information technology,industrial-financial cooperation is gradually deepening and becoming more practical.Small and medium-sized enterprises are the driving force in promoting new industrialization.The digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises is an inevitable requirement for new industrialization,and industrial-financial cooperation is an important lever to achieve the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.The synergistic development of industrial-financial cooperation and digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises will have a huge superimposed effect on the construction of new industrialization.Based on the internal logic of industry-integration and the collaborative development of digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper sorts out the existing practical paths from 3 dimensions of government departments,industrial chain leaders,and service providers,and puts forward corresponding enlightenment and suggestions based on the problems faced by industry-integration and the collaborative development of digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
