摘要
全球范围内的细菌耐药性增强,传统的抗生素方案逐渐力不从心,抗菌新方案的研发刻不容缓。近年来,氧化石墨烯(GO)因其独特的二维结构和难以形成耐药性的抗菌机理引起了研究人员的关注,成为了抗菌领域的新宠。但由于GO的抗菌性能易受多种因素影响,限制了其广泛应用的可能。因此,从GO的合成方法和抗菌机理入手,着重介绍了GO的抗菌功能化及其复合材料的应用研究进展,并对将来GO基材料在抗菌领域的发展做出展望。
As bacterial resistance increases globally,traditional antibiotic solutions are becoming inadequate,and the development of new antibacterial solutions is urgently needed.In recent years,graphene oxide(GO)has attracted the attention of researchers due to its unique two-dimensional structure and antibacterial mechanism that makes it difficult to form drug resistance,and has become a new favorite in the antibacterial field.However,the antibacterial properties of GO are susceptible to various factors,which limit the possibility of its wide application.Therefore,starting from the synthesis method and antibacterial mechanism of GO,this paper highlighted the research progress of the antibacterial functionalization of GO and its composite material applications,and gave an outlook on the future development of GO-based materials in the antibacterial field.
