摘要
采用相转化法制备了硫化铋钠(NaBiS_(2))/ZIF-8复合多糖海绵(ZBiCCS),用于高效去除染料废水中的亚甲基蓝(MB)。通过X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜等对复合海绵结构、形貌以及光学性能进行了表征并研究了其对MB染料的吸附-降解性能。结果表明,纤维素和壳聚糖得到再生,并且在复合海绵表面原位生成了NaBiS_(2)和ZIF-8纳米颗粒。在Zn^(2+)盐和Bi^(3+)盐摩尔为2∶1,MB初始质量浓度为30mg/L,模拟太阳光作为光源条件下,复合海绵对MB的降解率可达到98.88%,表明复合海绵能够利用吸附-光降解协同效应高效去除废水中的MB,该材料在染料废水处理方面具有潜在的应用价值。
The NaBiS_(2)/ZIF-8 composite polysaccharide sponge(ZBiCCS)was prepared by phase transformation method for the efficient removal of methylene blue(MB)from wastewater.The structure,morphology and optical properties of the composite sponge were characterized by X-ray diffractometer,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope,and its adsorption-degradation properties for MB dyes were investigated.The results showed the successful regeneration of cellulose and chitosan and the in-situ generation of NaBiS_(2) and ZIF-8 nano-particles on the sponge surface.In the case of Zn^(2+)salt and Bi^(3+)salt with a molar ratio of 2∶1,the initial concentration of MB was 30mg/L,and the simulated sunlight was used as the irradiation light source,the composite sponge achieved a degradation rate of 98.88%for MB,indicating that the composite sponge could efficiently remove methylene blue from wastewater by adsorption-photodegradation synergistic effect,and had potential applications value in the treatment of dye wastewater.
