摘要
电动车空调内外循环风门控制对乘客舱防雾、空气清新度、空调能耗等多个方面有重要影响,但是内外循环风门控制难以建立精确的数学模型。文章采用模糊控制方法,将起雾风险、CO_(2)浓度、空调负荷作为输入,将内外循环风门开度作为输出,采用高斯型函数,利用MATLAB Simulink软件建立模糊控制器,并基于Simscape软件搭建汽车空调仿真模型。经过仿真验证,内外循环风门模糊控制方法可以在乘客舱防雾、空气清新度、空调能耗等多方面都有很好的控制效果,相比固定比例外循环控制,模糊控制综合评分最高,综合性能表现最好。
Electric vehicle air conditioner recirculation control is important to cabin anti-fog,air fresh,energy consumption and so on,but it is difficult to establish exact mathematical model for the control of the recirculation flap.In this paper,the fuzzy control method is used,and fog risk,CO2 concentration,and air conditioner load are used as input,and recirculation flap opening is used as output.Using Gaussian function,the fuzzy controller is established by MATLAB Simulink,and vehicle air conditioner model is established by Simscape.Through simulation verification,the fuzzy control method of internal and external circulation damper can have good control effect on the anti-fog of passenger cabin,air freshness,air conditioning energy consumption and other aspects.Compared with the fixed proportion external circulation control,the fuzzy control has the highest comprehensive score and the best comprehensive performance.
