广西新增医疗服务价格项目的患者满意度及影响因素分析

摘要 目的:探索广西新增医疗服务价格项目(以下简称“新增项目”)的患者满意度及其影响因素,从需求视角为新增项目管理工作提供有效建议。方法:对1006名接受新增项目诊疗的患者进行问卷调查,采用卡方检验和二分类logistic回归分析探讨新增项目的患者满意度及其影响因素。结果:患者对新增项目的总体满意率达到87.08%。其中,患者对医生服务态度满意率相对最高,达到95.53%;对新增项目价格满意率相对最低,仅为81.21%。患者的年龄、对新增项目的了解程度、费用评价,以及医护人员对新增项目解释说明的详细程度会影响患者的满意度(P<0.05)。结论:患者对新增项目的总体满意率较高,但仍有进一步提升的空间。其中,60岁以下、不了解新增项目、认为新增项目收费贵、认为医护人员对新增项目解释说明不详细的患者是需重点关注人群。应积极探索新增项目纳入医保目录管理机制,降低患者医疗费用负担,多途径普及新增项目的相关知识,加强对患者的人文关怀,从而提高患者满意度。 Objective:To explore the patient satisfaction and its influencing factors of the Guangxi's new medical service price program(hereinafter referred to as the"new program"),and to provide effective suggestions for the management of new program from the perspective of demand.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1006 patients who were treated by the new program,and the chi-square test and two-classified logistic regression analysis were used to explore the patient satisfaction of the new program and its influencing factors.Results:The overall satisfaction rate of patients with the new program reached 87.08%.Among them,the patients'satisfaction rate with the doctor's service attitude was relatively the highest,reaching 95.53%.The satisfaction rate with the price of the newly added items was relatively the lowest,only 81.21%.The age of patients,their knowledge of the new programs,their evaluation of the cost,and the level of detail in the explanation of the new programs by the medical staff would affect the satisfaction rate of the patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall satisfaction rate of patients with the new programs is high,but there is still room for further improvement.Among them,patients under the age of 60,who do not understand the new program,who think the new program is expensive,and who think that medical personnel do not explain the new program in detail are the key groups to pay attention to.It is necessary to actively explore the inclusion of the new items in the medical insurance catalog management mechanism,reduce the burden of patients'medical costs,popularize the knowledge of the new items through multiple channels,and strengthen the humanistic care for patients,so as to improve patient satisfaction.
