摘要
为提高人力资源管理效率,设计基于云计算的供电企业人力资源信息调配系统。硬件设计方面,使用SR公司研发的ITG654E芯片,配备64位移动处理器,在电力系统主站之间实现数据采集与处理。软件设计方面,运用数据挖掘算法计算人力资源信号数据之间的距离,进行聚类分析。测试结果表明,使用该系统能够有效减少资源浪费,提高资源利用率。
To improve the efficiency of human resource management,a cloud computing based human resource information allocation system for power supply enterprises is designed.In terms of hardware design,The ITG654E chip developed by SR company is equipped with a 64-bit mobile processor to realize data acquisition and processing between the main stations of the power system.In terms of software design,data mining algorithms are used to calculate the distance between human resource signal data and perform clustering analysis.The test results show that using this system can effectively reduce resource waste and improve resource utilization.
