摘要
文章主要设计不抽转子检测机器人软件系统,通过模块化设计实现机器人运动控制、声音故障检测、图像识别功能,确保工作人员能够通过软件界面智能控制机器人,检查发电机内部,使系统达到类似抽转子检查效果,从而提高电气试验效率和安全性。
this paper designs and implements a rotor-less detection robot software system,which realizes the functions of robot motion control,sound fault detection,and image recognition through modular design.Staff can control the robot to check the generator through the software interface for intelligent detection.The system achieves the effect of rotor-less inspection and improves the efficiency and safety of electrical testing.
