流空间视角下高端生产性服务业劳动力的空间分布效应及其网络结构特征分析

Spatial Distribution Effect of Advanced Produce Service Labor and Its Network Structure Characteristics from Flow Space Perspective

基于流空间理论,运用空间计量方法和社会网络分析方法,研究中国高端生产性服务业劳动力的空间分布效应,并刻画其流空间网络结构特征。结果表明:第一,流空间视角下高端生产性服务业劳动力在地区积累具有积极的动态性和连续性,政府和市场作为两类支配主体,均对其空间分布具有影响;第二,根据政府权力和市场权力对地级市类型进行划分,发现高端生产性服务业劳动力倾向于分布在“强政府+强市场”类型的地级市;第三,地级市间高端生产性服务业劳动力流动愈发紧密,“强政府+强市场”类型的地级市是劳动力流入的重要节点,同时“劳动力流动”空间联系网络存在三类板块,分别为以“强政府+强市场”类型地级市为主的“净收益板块Ⅰ”、以“弱政府+强市场”类型地级市为主的“经纪人板块Ⅱ”、以“弱政府+强市场”类型地级市为主的“双向溢出板块Ⅲ”和以“弱政府+弱市场”类型地级市为主的“双向溢出板块Ⅳ”。

Based on the flow space theory,this paper uses spatial measurement methods and social network analysis to study the spatial distribution effect of advanced produce service(APS)labor in China and to characterize its flow space network structure.The results show that,firstly,APS labor has positive dynamics and continuity in regional accumulation,and both government and market influence its spatial distribution.Secondly,classifying the types of prefecture-level cities according to government power and market power,it is found that the labor force of APS tends to be distributed in prefectures with“strong government+strong market”.Thirdly,the labor flow of APS is getting closer between prefecture-level cities,and prefecture-level cities with“strong government+strong market”are important nodes for labor inflow,while the“labor flow”spatial network has three types of segments.At the same time,the spatial network of“labor mobility”has three types of segments,namely“net benefit sectorⅠ”,which is mainly composed of“strong government+strong market”prefectures,and“brokers sectorⅡ”,which is mainly composed of“weak government+strong market”prefectures.“bidirectional spillover sectorⅢ”with“weak government+strong market”type prefectures,and“bidirectional spillover sectorⅣ”is dominated by prefecture-level cities of“weak government+weak market”type.
