基于系统动力学的高管团队危机注意力与组织韧性关系研究

A System Dynamics Study of the Relationship Between Crisis Attention and Organizational Resilience in Executive Teams

选择沪深两市A股制造业上市公司作为研究样本,构建高管团队危机注意力视角下组织韧性的系统动力学模型并进行仿真和灵敏度分析。结果表明:高管团队危机注意力、创新投入战略、资产剥离战略均是促进组织韧性提升的关键因素;当单独考察两种战略的影响时,高管团队危机注意力通过资产剥离战略对组织韧性的作用效果优于创新投入战略;当同时考虑两种战略的影响时,在高资产剥离和高创新投入战略或低创新投入战略和高资产剥离战略的作用下,组织韧性呈现出上升趋势;高管团队风险偏好能够有效增强高管团队危机注意力对创新投入战略或资产剥离战略的正向影响。

This study selects A-share listed manufacturing companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen as the research sample,constructs a system dynamics model of organizational resilience from the perspective of executive team crisis attention,and conducts simulation and sensitivity analysis.The results show that executive team crisis attention,innovation investment strategy,and divestiture strategy are all key factors contributing to organizational resilience.When the effects of the two strategies are examined separately,the effect of executive team crisis attention on organizational resilience through the divestiture strategy is better than that of the innovation engagement strategy.When the effects of both strategies are considered simultaneously,organizational resilience tends to increase under the effect of high divestiture and high innovation input strategies or low innovation input strategies and high divestiture strategies.In addition,executive team risk appetite effectively enhanced the positive effect of executive team crisis attention on either the innovation-input strategy or the divestiture strategy.
