摘要
为研究广州地铁8号线北延段风亭在基坑开挖中存在因周边环境无法迁改的3条大型雨污钢管线(直径分别为1200mm雨水管、600mm污水管、920mm压力污水管)的原位保护措施,提出采用贝雷梁悬吊施工技术,以围护结构墙冠梁顶为悬吊梁支座基础,贝雷片横向间距4300mm,以间距1000mm布置20a工字钢连接横向贝雷架。用Ф22钢筋做吊杆,吊杆中间设置特质不锈钢花篮螺栓作为中间调节器。结果表明在管线悬吊过程中通过调节特质不锈钢花篮螺栓,实现了管线悬吊保护的沉降控制,保证了管线悬吊的安全,其研究结果可为大型管线原位保护施工提供施工经验。
This paper analyzes the underground pipelines of three large rainwater steel pipelines(1200mm rainwater pipe,600mm sewage pipe and 920mm pressure sewage pipe with a diameter of 1200mm rainwater pipe,600mm sewage pipe,and 920mm pressure sewage pipe)in the excavation of the B-end Fengting foundation pit of the northern extension of Guangzhou Metro Line 8,and these three large pipelines need to be protected in situ for the smooth progress of the process.It is proposed to use the beret beam suspension,and the suspension beam support foundation is set at the top of the crown beam of the enclosure wall,the support spacing is 43m,and the lateral spacing of the beret sheet is 4.3m.The transverse connection is made of 20A I-beam,with a spacing of 1000mm.Ф22 steel bar is used as the boom,and the special stainless steel basket bolt is set in the middle of the boom as the intermediate adjuster,and the spacing is 1000mm.In the process of pipeline suspension,by adjusting the special stainless steel basket bolts,the settlement control of pipeline suspension protection is realized,and the safety of pipeline suspension is ensured.
