摘要
装配式建筑作为重要抓手,推动着建筑工业化和行业转型升级的持续深化。高度符合“标准化设计、工厂化生产、低碳绿色建造、集成化装修”理念与特点的模块化建筑(MiC),正成为当下国内发展装配式建筑的又一重要方向,现已逐步在实际工程中推广应用。本文对模块化建筑的研究历程与进展进行梳理和总结,包括模块间连接安装技术,混凝土MiC物流运输、吊重设备布置规划及智能建造等施工技术方面的研究进展。最后,搜集了相关混凝土MiC项目发展历程与应用案例,总结模块化建筑现有研究的不足和发展趋势。
As an important point,prefabricated architecture promotes the continuous deepening of construction industrialization and industry transformation and upgrading.Modular integrated construction(MiC),which is highly in line with the concept and characteristics of"standardized design,factory production,low-carbon green construction,integrated decoration",is becoming another important direction for the development of prefabricated buildings in China,and has been gradually popularized and applied in practical projects.This paper summarizes the research progress of MiC,including the connection and installation technology between modules,concrete MiC logistics and transportation,hoisting equipment layout planning and intelligent construction,which are quite different from traditional construction.Finally,the development process and application of concrete MiC projects are collected,and the shortcomings and developments of the existing research are summarized.
