摘要
首先介绍了测井仪器温度性能检测装置的研发背景,并根据生产需求提出设计的总体方案,确定了研发的方向。在进行开发的过程中,逐步细化分级方案并对各个部分的器件进行优选,已达到最佳的使用效果。最后整体调试,保证该设计功能的同时结合实际生产任务再次进行实际验证,确保设计的使用效果,以达到在测井仪器保养过程中更加便捷、节能、提高工作效率的目的。
The articlefirst introduces the research and development background of the temperature performance detection device of logging instruments,proposes an overall design plan based on production needs,and determines the direction of research and development.In the process of development,the grading scheme is gradually refined and the components of each part are optimized to achieve the best use effect.Finally,the overall debugging is carried out to ensure the design function and is verified again in combination with actual production tasks to ensure the use effect of the design,so as to achieve the purpose of making the logging instrument maintenance process more convenient,energy-saving and improving work efficiency.
