摘要
针对胜利油样开展催化水热裂解改质研究,240℃-350℃范围内改质催化剂可提高水热裂解反应效率最高达52.63%、降低反应温度50℃,降粘效果30d无明显变化。初步形成改质效率表征方法。现场应用取得增油效果。
Research on catalytic hydrothermal cracking and upgrading of Shengli heavy oil was conducted.Within the range of 240℃-350℃,the catalyst can improve the efficiency of hydrothermal cracking reaction by up to 52.63%,reduce the reaction temperature by 50℃,and the viscosity reduction effect remains unchanged for 30 days.A preliminary method for characterizing the efficiency of upgrading has been developed,and on-site application has achieved an oil increasing effect.
