基于极限学习机的软件缺陷预测分析研究

摘要 软件测试是软件开发生命周期中最主要的阶段,它可以最大限度地减少软件的缺陷,软件缺陷预测是近几年来软件研究人员关注的一个领域。为了提高缺陷模型的准确性,本文提出使用极限学习机(extreme learning machine, ELM)算法来预测缺陷。首先,从Eclipse程序库中提取3个版本控制系统用作训练数据并做预处理;其次,使用ELM算法来训练模型;最后,使用一些指标进行性能预测。基于软件包的预测结果证明ELM适合跨版本缺陷预测。
