纤维增强树脂基复合材料在船舶领域的应用综述

摘要 纤维增强树脂基复合材料(fiber reinforced polymer,FRP)因其具有耐化学腐蚀和耐候性好等优异性能,其大面积使用能够实现船舶的高航速、低排放、远续航,进而成为现代造船的理想材料之一.文中主要从成型工艺、应用现状及其发展趋势三个方面对FRP在船舶领域的应用前景进行概述与分析.首先,基于对多类型船用FRP复杂制备工艺的概述,统计了最常用的船舶FRP性能参数及分析了各类型FRP的应用优势;然后,根据FRP在船舶上的不同应用场景,对其在船体制造的应用现状进行了详细概述.最后,依据现代船舶装备发展需求,从船舶制造技术发展方向、应用场景及结构化发展等方面对船舶FRP应用发展趋势进行了全面分析. Due to the excellent properties of fiber reinforced polymer(FRP),such as chemical corrosion resistance and good weather resistance,it has become one of the ideal materials to build modern vessels for achieving outstanding performance,for instance,high speed,low emission and long endurance,etc.The focus of this paper is to summarize and analyze the application prospects of FRP in vessel’s domain from three aspects:forming process,application status and development trend.Firstly,based on the overview of the complex preparation process of multi-type vessel FRP,the performance parameters of the most commonly FRP that used in the vessel are counted,while the application advantages of each type of FRP are analyzed as well.Then,according to the different application scenarios of FRP on vessels,the application status of FRP in vessel’s manufacture is summarized in detail.Finally,according to the development needs of modern ship equipment,the application development trend of vessel FRP is comprehensively overviewed from the aspects of the development direction of shipbuilding technology,application scenarios and structural development,etc.
