中国数字经济发展水平的时空演进与影响因素研究

Study on Spatial-Temporal Evolution and Influencing Factors of the Development Level of China’s Digital Economy

文章构建数字经济评价体系测度我国数字经济的发展情况,分析我国数字经济发展水平的空间分布特征及其时空演进规律,并运用空间计量方法对其影响因素进行探究。结果表明:2011-2018年间我国数字经济稳步发展,呈逐年上升的趋势,且地区间发展差异逐步缩小。数字经济的发展表现出明显的空间相关性,总体上呈现出东高西低的梯度分布特征。数字经济的发展水平受到多种因素影响,产业结构优化、人力资本提高、研发创新、对外开放度提高和城镇化建设均有助于促进本地数字经济发展,同时通过空间溢出效应促进周边地区的数字经济发展。

By constructing an evaluation system of digital economy,this study evaluates the development level of digital economy in China,analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics and spatial-temporal evolution process of China’s digital economy,and explores its influencing factors by using the spatial econometric model.The results of analysis show that:From 2011 to 2018,China’s digital economy has developed steadily,showing an upward trend year by year,and the regional differences have gradually narrowed;the development of digital economy shows obvious spatial correlation,and the spatial distribution of the digital economy could be characterized by“high in the east and low in the west”;the development level of the digital economy is affected by various factors.The optimization of industrial structure,the improvement of human capital,the increase of R&D and innovation activities,the improvement of openness to foreign countries and urbanization all contribute to the development of the local digital economy.At the same time,some factors also affect the development level of the digital economy in neighboring provinces through the spatial transmission mechanism,showing significant spatial spillover effect.
