Study on Historical Evolution and Practice of the CPC’s Scientific and Technological Thought

以“科技立国”为目标的毛泽东科技思想、以“科教兴国”为指引的邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛科技思想和以“科技强国”为旨归的习近平科技创新思想,共同构成中国共产党科技思想体系的基本内容。在中国共产党科技思想历史演变中形成了坚持党领导科技工作的“科学性”、坚持科技创新与社会发展紧密结合、坚持独立自主和以人为本地发展科技的历史经验,探索出以进入创新型国家前列为目标导向、以实现科技自立自强为根本要求、以注重发挥人民群众首创精神为关键依托、以营造全社会创新氛围为重要保障的实践路径,为建设世界科技强国提供理论指导和行动指南。

Mao Zedong’s thought of science and technology with a goal of“building the country through science and technology”,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao’s thoughts on science and technology guided by“invigorating the country through science and education”and Xi Jinping’s scientific innovation thoughts aiming at“strengthening a country through science and technology”,together constitute the basic content of the CPC science and technology thought system.In the historical evolution of the scientific and technological thought of the CPC,it has formed the historical experience of adhering to the“scientific nature”of the Party’s leadership in scientific and technological work,adhering to the close combination of scientific and technological innovation with social development,and adhering to the independent and people-oriented development of science and technology.It has explored a practical path of taking becoming an innovative country as a goal,taking the realization of scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement as a fundamental requirement,paying attention to giving full play to the pioneering spirit of the people as a key support,and creating an innovative atmosphere in the whole society as an important guarantee,so as to provide a theoretical guidance and an action guide for building a world leader in science and technology.
