高速公路改扩建工程硬路肩技术状况评估与利用方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 在高速公路改扩建工程中,硬路肩的技术状况会影响新老路面的拼接方式与拼接位置,与工程的社会经济效益相关。依托上海—武汉高速公路改扩建工程,首先采用弯沉代表值、弯沉盆参数以及弯沉盆模量反算分析硬路肩的路面结构性能;其次采用动态模量试验分析硬路肩沥青面层的力学性能,基于半圆弯曲试验分析沥青面层的抗裂性能,采用浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验分析硬路肩沥青面层的抗水损害性能,基于沥青回收试验分析沥青面层的老化程度,采用基层无侧限抗压强度和回弹模量试验分析基层的力学性能;最后分析硬路肩的利用方案,开展路面结构验算。 The technical condition of hard shoulder in expressway reconstruction and expansion projects affects the splicing method and position of new and old pavement,also related to the social and economic benefits of the project.Based on the reconstruction and expansion project of the Shanghai-Wuhan Expressway,firstly,the structural performance of the hard shoulder pavement was analyzed using representative values of deflection,deflection basin parameters,and deflection basin back calculation modulus;secondly,the mechanical properties of the hard shoulder asphalt surface layer were analyzed using dynamic modulus tests,the crack resistance of the asphalt surface layer was analyzed based on semi-circular bending tests,the water damage resistance of the hard shoulder asphalt surface layer was analyzed using immersion Marshall tests and freeze-thaw splitting tests,the aging degree of the asphalt surface layer was analyzed based on asphalt recovery tests,the mechanical properties of the base layer were analyzed using unconfined compressive strength and rebound modulus tests;finally,the utilization plan of hard shoulder was analyzed and the pavement structure verification was carried out.
