摘要
在总结国内智慧高速公路发展与现状的基础上,基于“新基建”时代智慧高速公路的建设目标与建设需求,明确了上海—武汉高速公路(下文简称“沪武高速”)太仓至常州段扩建智慧化建设的总体方向,提出了“五层三体系”总体构架,并就六大重点领域进行论述,为高速公路扩建与智慧赋能提供了方案和思路。
On the basis of summarizing the development and current situation of smart expressways in China,and aiming at the construction goals and construction needs of smart expressways in the era of“new infrastructure”,the overall direction of the expansion and intelligent construction of the Taicang to Changzhou section of the Shanghai-Wuhan Expressway is clarified,and the overall framework of“five layers and three systems”is proposed,and six key areas are discussed,which provides solutions and ideas for the expansion of smart empowerment along the Yangtze River Expressway.
