连宿高速公路连云港段双向搅拌粉喷桩试桩数据分析

摘要 连云港地区海相淤泥软土广泛分布,地基承载力弱,施工时须对地基进行加固处理。以连云港至宿迁高速公路连云港段一期工程中采用双向搅拌粉喷桩技术的试验段为研究对象,对其水泥土配合比设计和现场试桩检测数据进行分析,采用综合评分法评价试桩效果,验证了水泥掺量及其他预设施工技术参数的可行性,结合试桩效果提出相关建议措施,以提高后续正式施工时的成桩效果。 In Lianyungang,the marine soft soil is widely distributed with low bearing capacity,the foundation must be reinforced before carrying out construction on top of it.Taking the test section of the first phase of Lianyungang section of Lianyungang-Suqian Expressway using bidirectional dry jet mixing as the research object,the mix proportion of cement soil and on-site pile test data were analyzed,the comprehensive scoring method was used to evaluate the test pile effect,the feasibility of cement content and other preset construction technical parameters was verified,and relevant suggestions and measures were put forward in combination with the test pile effect to improve the pile formation effect in the subsequent formal construction.
