摘要
通过高温车辙试验、低温小梁试验、冻融劈裂试验和动态模量试验,研究低标号高模量剂与集料的拌和温度及拌和时间对高模量沥青混合料的动态模量和路用性能的影响。研究结果表明:拌和温度升高,有利于提高低标号高模量剂的改性效果,但存在最佳的温度区间,180~190℃时,高模量沥青混合料的各项性能满足技术指标,温度高于190℃,高模量沥青混合料的性能衰减过快;拌和时间延长,可以提高低标号高模量剂与集料的拌和效果,但时间过长,沥青容易发生老化,影响高模量沥青混合料的性能,推荐低标号高模量剂与集料的拌和时间为15 s。
Through high-temperature rutting test,low-temperature small beam test,freeze-thaw splitting test,and dynamic modulus test,the influence of mixing temperature and time of low grade high modulus agent and aggregate on the dynamic modulus and road performance of high modulus asphalt mixtures is studied.The research results indicate that an increase in mixing temperature is beneficial for the modification effect of low grade high modulus agents,but there is an optimal temperature range,at a mixing temperature of 180℃to 190℃,the performance of high modulus asphalt mixture meets the technical indicators,when the temperature is higher than 190℃,the performance decays too quickly;extending the mixing time can improve the mixing effect of low grade high modulus agents and aggregates,but if the mixing time is too long,the asphalt will be easily aged,which will affect the performance of high modulus asphalt mixtures,it is recommended that the mixing time of low grade high modulus and aggregate be 15 seconds.
