变工况模型下的CCHP设备容量和运行策略优化

摘要 冷热电联产系统(CCHP)运行策略的经济性同时受到能源转换设备模型的准确性和容量合理性的影响.为了实现在变工况条件下CCHP设备容量和运行策略的整体优化,提出了一种新的方法对偶单纯形法-遗传算法(DSM-GA).首先,以能量流动为基础,建立了能够反映设备性能和负载率之间非线性关系的优化配置模型.其次,构建了用于对比分析不同条件下优化结果的评价指标.最后,以西安某工业园区为场景,用DSM-GA对优化配置模型进行了求解,并对结果进行了分析.研究结果表明:DSM-GA可有效进行变工况条件下设备容量和运行策略的整体优化,且求解速度显著快于常规算法GA的求解速度;所建模型考虑了设备的变工况特性,可以提供更为合理的运行方案;CCHP在原动机热电比与负荷热电比接近时才具有较大优势. The economics of CCHP operating strategies are influenced by both the accuracy of the energy conversion equipment model and the rationality of capacity.In order to realize the overall optimization of CCHP equipment capacity and operation strategy under off-design model,a new method of DSM-GA is proposed.Firstly,based on the energy flow,an optimized configuration model that reflects the nonlinear relationship between equipment performance and load rate has been established.Secondly,evaluation indicators for comparative analysis of optimization results under different conditions have been constructed.Finally,taking an industrial park in Xi′an as a scenario,DSM-GA has been used to solve the optimal configuration model,and the results have been analyzed.The results show that the DSM-GA can effectively optimize the off-design condition model,and the solution speed is significantly faster than that of the conventional algorithm GA.Since the model built considers the off-design conditions of the equipment,it can provide a more reasonable operation plan.Besides,CCHP has a greater advantage when the prime mover thermoelectric ratio is close to the load thermoelectric ratio.
