大型厚板曲面件的多点成形仿真

Simulation on flexible multi-point forming of large-scale thick-plate curved parts

摘要 传统的厚板曲面件制造方法存在着成本高、效率低等问题,多点成形技术为这一问题提供了解决方法。但多点成形技术又因为回弹导致工艺参数难以确定使实验操作次数增加,降低成形效率。为了提高成形效率,采用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟与实验相结合的方法进行板料成形的研究与分析。首先,利用有限元软件进行三维建模并模拟板料的成形过程;然后,通过对模拟结果的分析进行模具型面的补偿修正;最后,利用修正后的模具型面进行实验操作,获得了符合要求的零件。对修正后的型面进行成形实验可以减少操作次数,提高实验的成形效率,为后续的研究提供参考。 Traditional manufacturing methods of thick-plate curved surface parts have problems,such as high cost and low efficiency,and the multi-point forming technology provides a solution.In the multi-point forming technology,it is difficult to determine the process parameters because of spring‐back,which increases the number of experimental operations and reduces the forming efficiency.In or‐der to improve the forming efficiency,the simulation through ABAQUS,one finite element software,was combined with experiments to study and analyze the sheet metal forming in this paper.Firstly,three-dimensional modeling and simulation of the sheet-forming process was carried out using finite ele‐ment software.Then compensation modification of the mold curved surface was carried out by analyz‐ing the simulation results.Finally,experiments were performed on the modified mold curved surface to obtain the parts that meet the requirements.The forming experiments on the modified mold surface can reduce the number of operations and improve the forming efficiency,which provides a reference for subsequent research.
