摘要
多元化建设老年教育学科可以满足老年人多样化的学习需求,提升其终身学习意识,增强社会参与感和自尊心,推动健康、高品质老龄化。因此,高校应及时厘清老年教育学科的建设背景与主要内容,明晰多元化建设老年教育学科的必要性和重要性,深刻了解多元化建设老年教育学科的困境挑战,展开专业化、系统化的老年教育学科创新研究。要加大扶持力度,完善老年教育学科的相关资源;要创新教育机制,帮助老年人尽快适应新型的教育模式;还要优化制度机制,推进老年教育学科的制度化建设,联合多方共同探索多元化建设老年教育学科的创新路径。
Diversified construction of disciplines for elderly education can meet the diverse learning needs of the elderly,raise their lifelong learning awareness,enhance social participation and self-esteem,and promote healthy and high-quality aging.Therefore,it is necessary for colleges and universities to clarify the background,main contents,the necessity and importance of diversified construction of elderly education discipline,to deeply understand its difficulties and challenges,and to carry out professional and systematic innovative research on elderly education discipline.We need to increase support efforts and improve the relevant resources of disciplines for elderly education,innovate educational mechanisms and help elderly people adapt to new educational models as soon as possible.We also need to optimize institutional mechanisms,promote the institutionalization,and jointly explore innovative paths for diversified construction of the disciplines for elderly education.
