“三全育人”视域下高校劳动教育中观体系的构建

摘要 自2020年以来,高校劳动教育开始受到广泛重视,相关社会实践及学术研究活动也得到了蓬勃发展,但现有研究也发现高校劳动教育体系构建不足是政策落地过程中的普遍问题,阻碍着劳动教育的顺利开展。为梳理相关政策精神的落地情况及具体实施中的困境,从“三全育人”工作理念的视角,探索高校劳动教育中观体系构建路径,通过思辨研究,发现以“三全育人”理念指导劳动教育体系构建具有理论可能性和现实操作性。从全员协同、全过程融通、全方位集成的视角,劳动教育中观体系可从统筹规划、主体协同、多元集成、纵向贯通、优化评价等五个维度构建。 Since 2020,labor education in universities has received widespread attention,and related social practice and academic research activities have also flourished.However,existing research shows that the inadequate construction of the labor education system in universities is a common problem in the process of policy implementation,which hinders the smooth implementation of labor education.In order to understand the implementation of relevant policy and the specific difficulties in implementation,from the perspective of the concept of“All-staff Whole-process and All-round Education”,this paper explores the path of constructing a meso system of labor education in universities.Through speculative research,it is found that it is theoretically feasible and practically operatable to guide the construction of the labor education system by this concept.From the perspective of all-staff collaboration,whole-process integration,and all-round integration,the meso system can be constructed from five dimensions:overall planning,subjects collaboration,multiple integration,vertical integration,and optimized evaluation.
