应用型高校深化产教融合的动力机制

摘要 近年来,我国高等教育在国家“科教兴国”战略感召下,一批高水平大学开始加快发展步伐,逐步缩小了与“世界一流”大学的差距。而地方高校由于受生源、师资、设施等软硬件资源的约束,其人才培养、科学研究、社会服务的质量与高水平大学形成了明显反差。为此,借鉴国外高校的办学经验,党和国家适时提出了地方本科高校加快转型发展,走产教融合的转型发展之路的战略部署,但实施过程步履艰难,究其根本原因在于产教融合的多方参与主体的动力机制尚未有效构建。为此,在阐述产教融合多方主体原动力内涵的基础上,分析其动力缺乏的制约因素,从而提出构建灵活、有效动力机制的实施路径。 In recent years,China’s higher education in the national“strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education”,a number of high-level universities began to accelerate the pace of development,and gradually narrow the gap with the“world-class”universities.Local universities,however,lag in talent development,research,and community engagement,hindered by limitations in source of students,faculty quality,and infrastructural resources.Therefore,learning from the experience of foreign universities,the Party and the state timely put forward the strategic plan of accelerating the transformation and development of local universities and colleges.However,this transformation is faced with challenges,chiefly due to the absence of a robust dynamic mechanism that effectively engages all stakeholders.Therefore,on the basis of expounding the connotation of the multi-subject power of the integration of industry and education,this paper analyzes the restrictive factors for its lack of power,and puts forward the implementation path of constructing flexible and effective power mechanism.
