摘要
开展公共文化服务,是新时期档案馆发展的必然要求,可满足公民公共文化需要、提升公民思想文化水平。近些年,我国先后颁布了一系列政策文件,大力支持我国档案馆进行公共文化服务。本文研究了国外档案馆公共文化服务的特点及先进经验,并进一步指出了在海南自贸区(港)建设背景下,海南热带农业档案馆开展公共文化服务的具体措施,以期促进海南省热带农业档案馆公共文化服务水平的提升。
Building public cultural service is the demand of the development of archives,it can meet the public cultural demand and improve the level of public culture.In recent years,China proposed several policies and documents to help archives to carry out public culture service.This paper analyzed the features and experiences of archives at abroad,and proposed some public cultural service measures of tropical agricultural archives in Hainan province in order to promote the level of public cultural service in Hainan.
