银杏中多糖的研究进展

Research Progress on Polysaccharides in Ginkgo Biloba

银杏全身皆是宝,银杏叶、银杏果实甚至银杏外种皮均可入药,三者均含有具有多糖成分,具有多种生物活性和多糖,对银杏叶、果实、外种皮的多糖结构分析、生物活性研究现状进行综述,并提出目前研究存在的问题和今后的研究方向。

Ginkgo biloba is a treasure all over the body.Ginkgo biloba leaves,Ginkgo biloba fruits and even Ginkgo biloba testa can be used as medicine.They all contain polysaccharides with a variety of biological activities and polysaccharides.The structural analysis and biological activity research status of Ginkgo biloba leaves,fruits and testa were summarized,and the existing problems and future research directions were put forward.
